This includes putting in place a clear onboarding flow, defining ownership for who is responsible for what, and creating simple systems that make it easy to send, receive, and follow up on all required documents.
We also establish a rhythm for ongoing training, so it doesn’t fall away once someone has started, and ensure there are feedback loops in place so the system continues to improve over time.
