I am a consultant, coach and trainer.
I built my consultancy as an ode to my love of the hospitality profession and the extraordinary opportunities that the industry has to offer. I have over 15 years of hands-on senior leadership experience so I know what defines and makes effective workplaces. Over the course of my career spanning Australia and London, I have committed my skills and energy to supporting the hospitality industry with simple, human-led processes that support the employee life cycle.
My career history includes opening restaurants for Fergus Henderson, Angela Hartnett and Jamie Oliver. I led the People Department as a Director for JKS Restaurants.
High end restaurants, bars and venues form the basis of my experience and is ground and centre for my advisory, coaching and mentoring services for leaders and managers.
